What you’ll do:

• Lead the technical delivery of multiple strategic land sites, including site servicing, infrastructure, and enabling works

• Coordinate closely with planning, commercial, and infrastructure teams to ensure sites are market-ready

• Manage consultants, contractors, and internal teams to deliver quality, cost, and programme targets

• Provide technical input into commercial appraisals, valuations, and site disposal strategy

• Identify risks, constraints, and opportunities across the portfolio

Who we’re looking for:

• Technical, Project or Development Manager with proven experience delivering strategic land or larger-scale residential/mixed-use sites

• Strong understanding of infrastructure and site servicing

• Experienced in managing consultants, contractors, and multidisciplinary teams

• Commercially aware, able to provide technical guidance into appraisals, budgets, and disposal strategy

• Ideally, experience working for a master developer or on sites where you’ve delivered enabling works for sale

This is not a standard housebuilder role – you’ll have end-to-end technical responsibility across high-profile projects and play a key role in shaping both delivery and long-term value.
