A well-established residential developer is looking for an experienced Sales Manager to support its regional operations. This role focuses on driving strong sales performance, delivering successful site launches, and maintaining high presentation standards across multiple developments. You will work closely with senior sales and construction leaders to deliver targets, strengthen your team, and provide an outstanding customer experience.
Key aspects of the role include:
Lead and develop Sales Advisors to maximise sales value
Monitor reservations, exchanges and completions against targets
Manage KPIs (sales rates, conversions, cancellations)
Deliver training, coaching and performance management
Maintain presentation standards across sites and marketing
Support site launches and coordinate with contractors
Track competitor activity and contribute to marketing plans
Manage rotas, coverage and key stakeholder meetings

Proven sales management experience within residential development
Strong leadership and team development skills
Sound knowledge of the sales and legal processes in new build housing
Excellent negotiation and target achievement record
