Cognisant has been instructed to recruit a Project Manager for a prominent, design-led developer delivering a residential scheme in Bristol. This is a hands-on, delivery-focused role leading a multi-phase urban regeneration project through RC frame, fit-out and completion.

You’ll take charge of programme, quality, and team coordination on a major brownfield redevelopment, balancing heritage sensitivity with contemporary residential design. With planning approved and structural packages about to commence, the appointed PM will play a critical role in bringing this high-profile scheme to life.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead delivery of RC frame and shell & core packages across two major phases

  • Manage programme sequencing, consultant coordination, and contractor performance

  • Drive construction quality and compliance throughout the build lifecycle

  • Plan and deliver sectional and phased completions

  • Ensure stakeholder reporting and CDM/statutory compliance

  • Act as site-based lead, liaising with internal teams and external consultants

Requirements

  • Experience in project or construction management

  • Track record delivering multi-phase RC frame residential schemes (100+ units)

  • Strong leadership across consultant and contractor teams

  • Proficient in programme management and site logistics

  • Experience with heritage-sensitive or design-led schemes advantageous

  • Knowledge of JCT, D&B, or CM contract structures
