Planning Manager.

They produce an excellent product in desirable locations and have significant funds available ensuring quick land approval. You will be responsible for preparing, submitting and managing a range of planning applications across the region of various scales of complexity.

You will be responsible for:

• Liaison with planning authorities, consultees, and external consultants

• Supporting the land & technical team with preparation and submission of applications

• Reviewing local planning policies and drafting planning persimmons & agreements

We are keen to speak with Planners and Planning Managers with three years plus experience, working for another developer, in consultancy or within a Local Authority. With sound knowledge of the planning process & policies, you will have excellent communication & IT skills. This role represents a great opportunity to join a well respected growing business.
