Head of Finance.

Duties include:

• Oversee the finance team ensuring accurate reporting is delivered on time including P&L account, balance sheets and cashflow reports

• Analyse financial information highlighting opportunities and mitigating risks and presenting these to the leadership team

• Deputise for the Finance Director in their absence.

• Partner different business units to improve efficiency, forecasting and operations.

• Work with the sales teams, understanding sales rates and deliveries.

• Take an active role in land appraisals, assessing potential risks.

This role offers significant exposure across the business with the chance to utilise both finance and commercial experience. You will be a qualified accountant with experience of operating in a similar capacity within the property sector.
