Development Director.

The company specialises in securing large, mixed-use sites by either option or freehold acquisition, preparing them for development, typically traditional housing (1000 + units), or industrial/logistics schemes. They develop some of these sites, others they dispose of with the benefit of planning, with remediation / infrastructure works completed.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop strong relationships with occupiers, agents, landowners, government bodies, etc

• With whole project life responsibility, lead the development management of sites from initial identification, working closely with the project management and planning teams through to disposal

• Have an eye on the market, identifying market trends and direction of travel

• Ensure accurate reporting and identify opportunity and risk throughout the project lifecycle

• Evidence a strong track record of delivery through teams and/or external multi-disciplinary consultants
