Cognisant has been instructed by one of the UK’s most respected residential developers to appoint a Customer Relations Manager for their North East region.
This is a pivotal, people-facing role with a clear purpose: to ensure every new homeowner feels truly supported and valued from build completion through to the early stages of occupancy.
You’ll be front and centre in the customer journey – leading home demonstrations, coordinating snagging and defect resolution, and representing the voice of the customer across live sites.
Key Responsibilities:
Own the customer journey from pre-completion to 8-week aftercare
Conduct Home Demonstrations and Pre-Completion Inspections
Manage snagging items and ensure quick, effective resolutions
Act as the dedicated point of contact for homeowners post-handover
Maintain accurate records of customer issues and updates
Drive service quality, communication, and coordination across teams
Contribute to continuous improvement of systems and standards
Who We’re Looking For
Experience in customer-focused roles – from any sector
Clear communicator, and solutions-driven
Comfortable managing expectations and coordinating across teams
Calm under pressure, well-organised, and detail-orientated
You do not need prior experience in housebuilding.
