Cognisant is working with a well-established housebuilder looking to appoint a Commercial Manager into its West Midlands team. The role will take responsibility for the commercial performance of a number of live and upcoming residential schemes across the region.
You’ll work closely with the Commercial Director and wider regional team, with responsibility across:
Budgets, CVRs and cost-to-complete
Subcontract procurement and tendering
Commercial risk and margin
Cost reporting and forecasting
Managing and supporting the QS team
Working closely with Construction, Technical and Finance
We’re looking for someone with a strong housebuilding background who is already operating at Commercial Manager level.
