A well-respected housebuilder is looking to appoint a Senior Land Manager to drive land acquisition across the region. This is a key role with responsibility for building a strong, deliverable land pipeline. The business has short decision-making processes and will acquire land on both a conditional and unconditional basis.
Senior Land Manager.
Essex.
£80,000 - £100,000 + Car + Fuel Card + Bonus.
Key responsibilities:
Identify and secure residential land opportunities across the region
Produce robust financial appraisals including residual valuations, IRR, and sensitivity analysis
Lead negotiations and manage deals through to exchange and completion
Stay ahead of market activity, planning changes, and emerging opportunities
Evaluate planning risk and site viability at an early stage
Work closely with internal teams to ensure schemes are practical and commercially sound

Strong track record in residential land acquisition
Commercially astute with solid appraisal capability
Well-connected within the South East land market
Proven ability to originate and execute deals
