As Engineering Manager, you will take ownership of the engineering strategy and technical delivery for a range of developments, ensuring projects are technically compliant and delivered on programme.

Key responsibilities include:
Lead, motivate and develop a team of Engineers and Trainees
Manage engineering activities from initial site appraisal through to site start
Appoint and coordinate external consultants, ensuring quality and timely delivery of technical information
Assess site constraints and develop practical, cost-effective engineering solutions
Work closely with Construction, Commercial, Land and Sales teams to support business objectives
Oversee the preparation, review and issue of engineering drawings and technical documentation
About You:
Proven experience in civil engineering, infrastructure, groundworks or a related construction environment
Previous leadership or management experience within a technical or engineering team
Strong project management, organisational and communication skills
Commercially aware with the ability to balance technical excellence and project delivery
