Cognisant Search is recruiting a Senior Contracts Manager for a fast-growing residential developer delivering high-quality homes across the North West. This is a key leadership role, overseeing multiple live housing developments and driving delivery performance across a growing regional pipeline.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead delivery of 3+ residential sites (circa 200 units) at varying stages
Manage Site Managers and office-based support teams
Ensure schemes are delivered safely, on programme, within budget, and to quality standards
Oversee subcontractor performance during delivery phase
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth project flow and clean handovers
Maintain a strong focus on customer satisfaction and build quality
About You
Experienced housebuilding Contracts/Construction Manager
Proven track record delivering traditional housing schemes from build through to completion
Strong leadership and team management skills
Confident managing multiple sites and driving programme performance
Hands-on, proactive approach with strong technical construction knowledge
