With an established and growing pipeline of developments and ambitious growth plans, this is a pivotal appointment, to take responsibility for ensuring projects are delivered safely, profitably and to the highest standards.

£130,000 - £160,000 Basic + Bonus + LTIP.
Key aspects:
Full accountability for project delivery from land handover through to practical completion to customer
Lead the Development, Technical, Commercial and Construction functions as one integrated team
Drive programme certainty, quality standards and margin performance across the portfolio
Identify risks early, intervene decisively, maintain exceptional health, safety and environmental standards
Provide commercial insight and strategic recommendations
Support growth through operational improvements, systems development and key leadership appointments
You are an experienced housebuilding director with a proven track record of delivering homes from acquisition handover through to practical completion. A hands-on leader with strong technical, commercial and construction expertise, capable of identifying issues early and driving successful outcomes. Experience of working within a JCT D&B environment, would be advantageous but not essential.
