Cognisant are working with a respected housebuilder who are looking for an experienced Sales Manager to join their regional sales team. Reporting to the Sales Director, you will lead and develop the team to maximise opportunities and achieve revenue and volume targets through effective property sales.
Key responsibilities:
Lead, coach and develop the sales team, setting clear objectives and supporting performance
Oversee sales administration and liaise with legal, property and financial partners to ensure compliant transactions
Monitor CRM systems to track performance and ensure targets are met
Manage customer complaints professionally and efficiently
Work collaboratively with internal teams to support completions and track progress
Promote and ensure compliance with health, safety and environmental standards
What they’re looking for:
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel and Word
Proven experience managing and developing a sales team • Experience within the new-build housing sector is essential
