Cognisant is working with a well-funded, highly regarded SME housebuilder looking to strengthen its commercial team with the appointment of a Senior Quantity Surveyor.
The business has built a strong reputation for delivering high-quality home across Yorkshire and continues to grow steadily through a combination of strong leadership, financial backing and a carefully selected land pipeline.
This is a Senior QS position focused purely on surveying and commercial management, with no estimating responsibilities involved. The successful individual will play a key role in managing the commercial performance of multiple residential developments from pre-construction through to final account.
Working within a supportive and well-structured commercial team, the role offers a strong level of autonomy alongside exposure to high-quality projects and long-term career progression.
Who We’re Interested In
We are primarily looking to speak with Quantity Surveyors or Senior Quantity Surveyors from a residential housebuilding background. The role would suit commercially minded individuals with experience managing multiple housing developments within a traditional residential environment.
