With over 40 years’ collective experience in delivering quality homes, the Hive Homes team is now seeking to appoint a Sales & Marketing Director to help drive the continued growth of the business. Over the next 12 months, Hive Homes expects to deliver approximately 150 new-build family homes per annum, and this appointment will play a key role in achieving that ambition.
This is a full 360-degree role, with responsibility for PR and marketing, sales-led site assessment, and sales management, alongside an integral position within the senior management team. Hive Homes has a strong pipeline of new developments and currently operates four live sales outlets.
This opportunity will appeal to an ambitious Sales Manager ready to step up, or an established Sales Director seeking to join a housebuilder with a clear social purpose and strong growth plans.
