Cognisant has been appointed by a major housing developer to recruit a Managing Director to inspire, drive, and manage their team with the same energy, standards, and passion that has defined their success. You will be responsible for shaping strategy, influencing culture, ensuring operational excellence, and delivering ambitious growth targets.
Key responsibilities include:
Continued growth and development of the region in line with the business plan.
Continue to deliver a culture of achievement, ensuring quality of product, cost control, programme adherence and deliver outstanding customer service.
Be highly visible within the business, offering support, guidance, and leadership in the right manner at the right time.
Ensure all functions are operationally effective and working together as a team.
Ensure the business is promoted across the region, helping to identify new developments and partnership opportunities.
The successful candidate will have housebuilding experience, preferably in the partnership sector, the ability to motivate teams, and a proven record of delivering results while maintaining a positive, high-performance culture. This role would suit a Managing Director looking for a new challenge or Discipline Director looking for the next step in their career.
