  • Drive the continued growth and development of the region in line with the strategic business plan

  • Maintain high visibility across the business, leading from the front and addressing challenges first-hand

  • Build and nurture strong partnerships with key external stakeholders including landowners, local authorities, housing associations, and consultants

  • Foster a high-performance culture focused on product quality, cost control, programme delivery, and outstanding customer service
