Finance Director.

Residential Developer.

C.£120-150,000 (DOE) plus discretionary bonus and benefits.

Cognisant is working with a diverse residential developer that is looking to recruit a Finance Director. The opportunity reports into the Managing Director and will support the business from a commercial and finance perspective, working with operations and delivering high level reporting.

You will:

  • Present commercial management results, budgets and forecasts of performance, cash flow projections, key performance indicators

  • Proactively support and business partner managers/directors from other departments

  • Maintain banking relationships and financing facility

  • Deliver accurate and insightful outputs in a timely manner. Continuously improving reporting

  • Regular review of WIP & spend with the Commercial team

This role offers significant exposure across the business and the opportunity to influence both finance and commercial decisions. You will be a qualified accountant with experience of either operating as a Finance Director within the property and construction sector or looking for the next step forward in your career.
