Senior Commercial Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

• Reporting to the Commercial Director you will be responsible for all commercial activity across several sites

• Responsibility for technical design co-ordination, procurement, contract management, regulatory approvals, programmes, cost plans/cash flows

• Advise on the best procurement route for the contractor(s), managing the procurement process of the consulting and contractors for the projects

• Ensure that workflow is clear and transparent, and that risk is mitigated with strong relationships developed with the contractor base and team

We are keen to speak with experienced, technically competent commercial professionals, you could be working for a housebuilder or main contractor. You have experience of liaising with design teams and administering construction contracts. Key to the role will be effective procurement/management of consultants and contractors alongside effective liaison with external stakeholders in delivering individual projects on time and to budget.
