£85,000 (DOE) plus bonus and benefits.
This is a high-impact position with responsibility for group consolidation, financial reporting, forecasting and business performance analysis. You will work closely with the CFO and act as a strategic finance partner across multiple business units. The ideal candidate will bring strong technical accounting expertise, advanced financial modelling skills and proven experience in FP&A within a multi-entity environment.
Key areas of responsibility include:
Delivering accurate monthly group consolidations and management reporting
Leading budgeting, forecasting and KPI performance tracking
Developing automation and improving financial systems and processes
Supporting commercial decision-making with data-driven insights
Enhancing financial governance, internal controls and cash management
This role would suit a qualified accountant (ACA or equivalent) with a track record in financial leadership, ideally gained in a group, PE-backed or complex multi-entity environment. Strong systems exposure and FP&A experience are essential.
