£60,000 - £65,000 + 18% Bonus + £6,000 Car Allowance + Package.

Timber Frame & Traditional Build. 

A well-funded and rapidly growing Northwest-based developer is seeking an experienced Site Manager to lead a new build housing development of over 150 units in Rochdale. With a strong pipeline of upcoming sites, this is an excellent opportunity to establish yourself within a highly successful business committed to long-term growth and regional regeneration. 

The Role

  • Lead the day-to-day operations on a major residential development site 

  • Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and to the highest quality standards 

  • Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to meet project milestones 

  • Maintain full compliance with health & safety regulations and company procedures 

The Ideal Candidate 

  • Proven experience managing residential new build sites (ideally 100+ units) 

  • Well-versed with both traditional build and timber frame 

  • Strong leadership and organisational skills 

  • SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid certifications
