Cognisant are delighted to be working with a housebuilder with exciting growth plans. Due to this growth they are looking to appoint a Financial Controller be an integral part of their finance team, supporting the Finance Director in all aspects of managing and developing the region.
Key responsibilities include:
Day to day management and development of the finance team, to meet the existing and future needs of the business.
Ensure the delivery of quality management information in line with business requirements and timescales.
Deliver accurate and insightful outputs in a timely manner. Continuously improving reporting.
Support the Finance Director and deputise in their absence.
Active involvement in cost variation meetings, making recommendations to maximise profit.
Partner different business units to improve efficiency, forecasting and operations.
You will be a qualified accountant with housebuilding or property related experience.
