Cognisant are delighted to be working with a housebuilder with exciting growth plans. Due to this growth they are looking to appoint a Financial Controller be an integral part of their finance team, supporting the Finance Director in all aspects of managing and developing the region.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Day to day management and development of the finance team, to meet the existing and future needs of the business.

  • Ensure the delivery of quality management information in line with business requirements and timescales.

  • Deliver accurate and insightful outputs in a timely manner. Continuously improving reporting.

  • Support the Finance Director and deputise in their absence.

  • Active involvement in cost variation meetings, making recommendations to maximise profit.

  • Partner different business units to improve efficiency, forecasting and operations.

You will be a qualified accountant with housebuilding or property related experience.
