Are you a hands-on Site Manager with residential experience? Join a growing SME housebuilder to lead a 60+ home development (mix of 1-4 beds, bungalows, maisonettes & traditional) near Evesham. Groundworks underway – step in and drive delivery!

The Role:

  • Oversee on-site construction, quality, and HSE

  • Manage subcontractors & programme to hit deadlines

  • Timber frame experience required.

  • Report to senior management on progress

You’ll Need:

  • Proven Site Manager experience (residential/housebuilding)

  • SMSTS, CSCS, First Aid certs

  • Strong leadership & problem-solving skills

  • Commutable within 1 hour of Evesham
