Cognisant has been instructed to appoint a Senior Development Manager on behalf of an SME developer based in Manchester. This dynamic business specialises in delivering large-scale, mixed-use regeneration schemes with a secured pipeline exceeding £1 billion and additional projects in the works.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leading and managing projects from acquisition through to completion, ensuring seamless execution

  • Overseeing project scope, timelines, and budgets to align with strategic objectives

  • Driving land transactions, including acquisitions and disposals

  • Managing joint venture partnerships and liaising with key stakeholders to achieve project alignment and success

  • Taking projects through feasibility, design, and planning stages to deliver innovative town centre regeneration schemes

What We’re Looking For

  • Comprehensive understanding of the full development process required to deliver large-scale projects

  • Proven ability to collaborate and negotiate with multiple parties to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes

  • Ideally degree-qualified in a relevant field (e.g., Planning, Surveying, Technical Engineering)
